The Batch C2 Stipend Payment has remained a top concern in the Federal Government Npower Programme as the Batch C2 Npower beneficiaries wallow in a state of six and seven. The 410,000 Batch C2 Npower beneficiaries have not recieved a dime, as monthly Stipend, almost 3 months into the Batch C Stream 2 Npower programme.
